OFFICIAL Contest Rules
1. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
2. Entrants may participate in the contest by filling out the survey on the Oregon Gold Adventures website. The URL to the contest survey is: http://www.oregongoldadventures.com/survey.php. The survey must be fully completed to be eligible to enter the contest.
3. Only one entry per household, per email address, per IP address is allowed for each contest. Discovery of duplicate entries will void all entries from that email address, IP address or household. If, after the winner is determined, it is discovered that the winner had made more than one entry to the contest, the prize will be forfeited, the alleged “winner” will not be allowed to enter any future contests given by Oregon Gold Adventures, and no further prize(s) will be awarded for the current contest.
4. Contest is open to all residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the date and time of the prize drawing.
5. Void where prohibited by international, federal, state, or local law.
6. Winning households are ineligible to win another prize for 90 days, and are ineligible to enter this contest if they have won another contest within the last 30 days.
7. Winners are responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes which may be payable due to receipt of prize.
8. Only one winner per household per contest is allowed.
9. Oregon Gold Adventures reserves the right to cancel the promotion at any time. All prize award decisions are final. The decisions of Oregon Gold Adventures management are final. Rules may be changed by Oregon Gold Adventures at any time during contest.
10.Contest winners must agree to release and hold harmless Oregon Gold Adventures, and its affiliates, agencies, advertisers, sponsors, licensees, and immediate families from claims, liabilities, or legal actions which may arise as a result of winning any prize in the contest.
11. Employees, agencies, representatives, affiliates, and immediate families of Oregon Gold Adventures, and any official contest/promotion participant(s), are not eligible to enter or win.
12. Contests are open only to U.S. residents.
13. Prizes may not be exchanged, substituted, transferred or redeemed for other prizes by winner. Prizes are non-transferable. Cash will not be awarded as a substitute for prize.
14.To be eligible to win, each winner will be required to sign a release giving Oregon Gold Adventures
express permission to use his or her name, picture, portrait, likeness, voice and any other representation for publicity purposes connected with this promotion without additional compensation. Winners will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability release as a condition of winning. Where applicable, tax forms must be completed.
15. Winners must present a photo ID (driver's license, passport, etc.) before prize will be distributed. All insurance costs are the responsibility of the winner.
16.Winners will be selected from all eligible entries by random drawing.
17. Winners have thirty (30) days to claim prize.
18. Prizes not claimed in 30 thirty days will be forfeited by winner and will not be redistributed.
19.By entering, entrant agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Oregon Gold Adventures, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, employees and agents against any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), with respect to or arising out of either (i) entrant's participation, or (ii) the receipt or use of the prize(s) awarded in the promotion.
20. Oregon Gold Adventures is not responsible in the event of any technical difficulties with any equipment, including computer equipment during any and all contests.
21. Oregon Gold Adventures is not responsible for any events beyond their control (Acts of God, inclement weather, dangerous conditions, etc.).
22. Contest rules may vary with individual contests.
23. Complete Contest rules and/or a list of prize winners can be obtained by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to: P.O. Box 68, O’Brien, Oregon 97534.
24. All costs relating to transportation or accommodations in connection with the contest are the sole responsibility of the winner of the contest.
25. Winner will be determined by random drawing from all eligible entries. The decision of Oregon Gold Adventures is final. Winner will also be notified by phone.
26. Oregon Gold Adventures reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any winner if contest rules are broken or violated in any manner. All decisions made by Oregon Gold Adventures are final and non-negotiable.
